ローランド. ベェアガー財団の特別イベントのためにお仕事をしていました。
財団から寄付金を受けている、100人の子供達が参加する
ダンスパフォーマンスの振付のアシスタントです。

財団は何かを達成する強い意志と才能を持ち合わせる、しかし何らかの理由で両親から学業を遂行する事が困難であったり、両親からの援助が受けられない子供達に奨学金を与えるシステムを長年続けています。素晴らしいですね。

今回はこのような優秀な若者達とお仕事をする機会に恵まれました。

ほぼ全員がダンスの経験なし。
初めはやはり踊ったり、自己表現をすることにシャイだったりしましたが、結果はワーオ！
最終的には皆が自信を持ち、お互いを尊敬しあい、
エネルギーと可能性に満ち溢れたパフォーマンスを作り上げることができました。

このような変化を見れたこと,本当に幸せ。
この経験が彼らにとって私が感じたのと同じくらいに
特別であった事を願います。

I have been working on the special event of the wonderful Roland Berger Stiftung for a while.
I assisted the choreographer to create the dance piece for 100 scholarship students.

This organization provides scholarships to children who are in difficulty or who are not supported by their families for a variety of reasons, but are exceptionally talented and willing to achieve.

Absolutely amazing scholarship.

I had an honour to work with those talented young people.

Almost no-one had the dance experience.
At the beginning, they were quite shy to dance or express themselves
in front of their friends…Didn’t know what to do….
But the result was WOW!!
How confident they were and how much they respected each other at the end …
The show was full of energy and hope.

It moved me simply so much to see those progress in front of my eyes.
I hope this experience was as special to them as I felt.
